The only personal data this website collects is what you choose to submit through the contact form: your name, work email, company name, team size, and message. We do not use analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies of any kind on this site.
When you submit the contact form, your message is sent through Web3Forms, a third party form delivery service, and forwarded directly to our email inbox. Web3Forms processes the submission only to relay it to us; we do not use it for marketing lists or any purpose beyond replying to your message. We recommend not including sensitive personal data in the message field. If you would rather not use the form, you can always email milica@feelsafehub.com directly.
We process contact form submissions based on our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries, and, where you provide details for a demo or a registration code, in taking steps at your request before entering into an agreement.
Inquiry messages are kept only as long as needed to respond and follow up, and are deleted once the conversation is resolved or after 12 months of inactivity, whichever comes first.
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete the data you have sent us, and to object to how it is processed. To exercise any of these rights, email milica@feelsafehub.com and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
